1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for eligible hardware or accessories purchased through our website.
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Returns will not be accepted for opened consumables (e.g., cartridges, toners) unless the item is damaged or defective.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.
Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may instead initiate a return as per our return policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos of the damaged item to process your return faster.
A replacement or refund will be arranged once the issue is verified.
5. Support Service Cancellations
